Job Details
- 5 years of experience as a transactional or corporate paralegal
- Background supporting business, corporate, or real estate practices
- Experience with contract support, deal closings, and corporate governance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, client‑facing communication style
- Exposure to M&A or complex commercial transactions
- Prior experience in a fast‑paced law firm environment
