A bit about us:

Our client, a well-established boutique law firm, has an immediate opening for an experienced transactional attorney to join their growing team. This is a distinctive opportunity to work on sophisticated, public-sector matters that carry real community impact, within a firm that is equally committed to the professional development and long-term success of its attorneys.

The incoming attorney will advise government clients on a wide range of transactional and compliance matters, including:

• Government Contracting & Procurement
• Real Estate & Title Matters
• Policy Development & Implementation
• Commercial Transactions
• Corporate Governance & Compliance
• Construction Contracts
• Finance & Banking
• Municipal Contracts
  

Core responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of government and commercial contracts, advising clients on procurement regulations and compliance requirements, supporting real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and title matters, assisting with policy drafting and legislative matters, and providing day-to-day transactional counsel to government officials and their staff.

Job Details

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of recent transactional experience in a law firm setting
• Strong academic credentials, J.D. from an accredited university
• Exceptional organizational, written, and oral advocacy skills
• Stable employment history
• Government law experience preferred but not required
