- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in Maryland
- 3 years of transactional experience involving condominiums, homeowner associations, or real estate‑related matters
- Experience drafting and reviewing governing documents, including declarations, bylaws, and related association instruments
- Familiarity with community association statutes and regulatory requirements
- Experience supporting developers, owners, or associations through formation, turnover, or restructuring processes
