We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Permanent Territory Sales Manager to join our thriving team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a specific territory to boost sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
2. Conduct market research to understand emerging trends and explore new business opportunities.
3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and potential customers to strengthen our market presence.
4. Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and negotiate contracts to secure lucrative deals.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative promotions and advertising campaigns.
6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest necessary improvements.
7. Attend networking events, trade shows, conferences, and industry workshops to expand your professional network and promote our brand.
8. Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
9. Liaise with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
10. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the senior management team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
2. Proven experience of 5 years as a Territory Sales Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in B2B sales and a track record of achieving sales quotas.
4. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
6. Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships.
7. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
8. Exceptional customer service skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and sales presentations.
