Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing industrial sales accounts
- Develop new business opportunities across target markets
- Support distributor and direct sales channels
- Collaborate with technical and manufacturing teams on product applications
- Conduct customer visits, trade shows, and industry presentations
- Develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and growth plans
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
- Support market research and application development initiatives
- Utilize ERP and CRM systems for pricing, forecasting, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred
- 7 years of industrial or technical sales experience
- Experience within building materials, industrial products, specialty chemicals, coatings, or related industries strongly preferred
- Proven relationship management and business development success
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 30-50%
- ERP/SAP experience preferred
