Must Haves Jack of all trades – someone who has experience with Networks, Servers (Azure, Hyper-V or VMware) and Helpdesk Skills. Needs strong Microsoft 365 Knowledge.
Microsoft Expert Certs/Azure Certs Highly Preferred; if you don’t have those Certs, a willing to obtain them within 6 months of joining the company (and will be paid for by the company)

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Systems Administrator, IT Generalist, or similar role.
- Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of VMWare, Azure, Systems Administration, and Servers. Strong Microsoft 365 Knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
