Core Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for all field operations across multiple commercial construction projects
- Manage, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff
- Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and labor coordination
- Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and production standards
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, executives, and clients
- Lead preconstruction planning, site logistics, and execution strategies
- Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce accountability standards
- Drive job site efficiency, problem-solving, and proactive decision-making
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations
- 8–15 years of commercial construction experience
- 5 years in a leadership role (Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or similar)
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and field teams simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
- Experience with project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges
- Commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
