Job Details
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
- Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects from start to completion
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, inspections, and material deliveries effectively
- Experience enforcing jobsite safety standards and maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations
- Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain project schedules while ensuring quality workmanship and client satisfaction
- Experience leading project meetings and coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Proficiency with construction management software and field technology tools is preferred
- Stable work history with a strong track record of successful project delivery
- OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are a plus
