We are working with an established and growing commercial construction firm serving clients throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across the commercial, industrial, manufacturing, technology and institutional markets.
With a healthy pipeline of upcoming work, they are looking to add an experienced Construction Superintendent to their field operations team.

The Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day field operations of commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction and mobilization through final completion and turnover.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage all daily field operations and subcontractor activities
- Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term look-ahead schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and field personnel
- Oversee sitework, structural, building envelope, MEP and interior trades
- Conduct subcontractor coordination and progress meetings
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs and submittals
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects and engineers
- Monitor project quality, schedule and overall progress
- Ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety requirements
- Identify potential field issues and proactively develop solutions
- Manage punch list, inspections, closeout and project turnover
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent with a commercial General Contractor or Construction Manager
- Experience managing ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong understanding of sitework, structural systems and MEP coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades
- Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills
- Procore or similar construction management software experience preferred
- OSHA 30 preferred
