Job Title: Sr. Property Accountant
Job Location: 100% REMOTE, but must reside within the US
Work Hours: Approx. 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST M-F
Salary: $85k-$105k base salary 10% bonus Comprehensive Benefits 401k with 5% Match
Must have:
Experience — either:
• 5 years of Commercial Property Accounting experience, OR
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar 2–3 years Commercial Property Accounting experience
Also required:
• 1 yrs of Retail property accounting experience with hands-on CAM reconciliation experience
• Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUPs
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Budget preparation experience
Nice-to-Have:
• MRI (preferred) or Yardi

Key Responsibilities
· Perform day-to-day property accounting activities in accordance with GAAP
· Prepare monthly financials and reforecasts
· Manage cash posting and reconciliations
· Prepare budgets and CAM/pass-through reconciliations
· Oversee the Accounting Assistant
· Partner with property management and corporate accounting teams
Must have:
Experience — either:
• 5 years of Commercial Property Accounting experience, OR
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar 2–3 years Commercial Property Accounting experience
Also required:
• 1 yrs of Retail property accounting experience with hands-on CAM reconciliation experience
• Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUPs
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Budget preparation experience
