Job Title: Senior Accountant
Job Location: Corte Madera, CA
Work Schedule: 100% on-site for the first 6 months (approx); then hybrid 3 days on-site and 2 days remote
Salary: $80k-$125k base 2-6% Bonus Equity Benefits 401k
Must have:
Our client is seeking a proactive Senior Accountant to join their finance team. You will support month-end close, reconciliations, revenue accounting, reporting, audit requests, and process improvements. This is a hands-on role with exposure to complex accounting operations, cross-functional projects, and strong career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support month-end close, journal entries, and GL reconciliations.
· Perform AR and credit card transaction reconciliations.
· Analyze financial data and create ad hoc reports.
· Support revenue accounting and audit requests.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors.
· Utilize Excel, Access, Oracle Analytics, and reporting tools.
· Identify process improvements and enhance workflows.
· Assist with reporting enhancements and system initiatives.
· Support other accounting projects as needed.
