- Structure GRATs, QTIPs, marital trusts, etc.
- Support business succession planning
- Collaborate with wealth advisors and CPAs
- J.D. and licensed to practice in California, able to work PST hours
- Recent trusts & estates experience
- Experience with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques
- Strong background in estate administration and trust litigation support is a plus
- Proven ability to manage complex estate plans and high-net-worth client needs
