A well-established mid-sized law firm in Boston is seeking a Senior Associate (7 years) to join its leading Trusts & Estates practice. This is a key role within one of the most prominent estate planning teams in Massachusetts, advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and their advisors on complex and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies.

A well-established mid-sized law firm in Boston is seeking a Senior Associate (7 years) to join its leading Trusts & Estates practice. This is a key role within one of the most prominent estate planning teams in Massachusetts, advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and their advisors on complex and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft sophisticated estate planning documents (e.g., Dynasty Trusts, ILITs, family partnerships, and charitable trusts)
- Advise on estate, gift, and income tax strategies, business succession, and asset protection
- Guide clients through trust and estate administration, including taxable estates
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients on high-level planning matters and long-term strategies
- J.D. MA Bar admission in good standing
- 7 years of experience in estate planning and administration
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail in complex planning matters
- LL.M. in Taxation is a plus, but not required
- Experience in a reputable law firm setting strongly preferred
- A self-starter who thrives in a client-focused, collaborative environment
