We are seeking a Senior Trial Attorney with over 10 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
The ideal candidate must have proven first-chair trial experience.

We are seeking a Senior Trial Attorney with over 10 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
The ideal candidate must have proven first-chair trial experience.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a range of cases, with a focus motor vehicle accidents
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes, including mediations and arbitrations when necessary.
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations, ensuring the utmost professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law, including case management, billing, and client communication.
- Conduct thorough case investigations to determine the cause of the accident, assess liability, and estimate damage costs.
- Collaborate with a team of paralegals, case managers, and attorneys to ensure effective and efficient case handling.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed in Texas and in good standing.
- 8 years of experience in personal injury law, specifically in handling high-value motor vehicle accidents.
- Proven first-chair trial experience is required.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
