Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide expert guidance on complex tax matters including compliance, planning, and consulting
- Review and sign tax returns ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Serve as primary point of contact for client tax matters
- Develop, manage, and strengthen client relationships
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing tax team
- Provide strategic tax planning across multiple industries
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape firm strategy
- Support business development and expansion of client relationships
- CPA, EA, or JD required
- Minimum 7 years of tax experience (public accounting strongly preferred)
- Strong background in tax compliance, tax planning, and tax consulting
- Experience reviewing and signing tax returns
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to serve as trusted advisor on complex tax matters
- Preference for candidates located in Central Ohio
