Job Details
Responsibilities -
Lead full lifecycle of ground up projects from sitework through final completion
Manage field teams, subcontractors, and daily site operations
Drive schedule, safety, and quality across all phases
Coordinate closely with project management and ownership
Oversee tilt wall concrete scopes and large scale structural work
Qualifications -
15 years of commercial construction experience
Proven experience as lead Superintendent on ground up builds
Strong tilt wall concrete background
Experience in industrial or large scale commercial projects
Stable work history (not frequent job changes)
Based in or familiar with the Central Florida market
