- Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on schedule, budget, and quality

- Contribute to office-level strategic planning and business development conversations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design teams
- Champion company standards around safety, quality, and client service
- Bring 10 years of commercial construction experience, including proven leadership on large or complex projects
