Job Details / Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and profitability
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve issues proactively
Ensure all work complies with contract specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules
Manage risk, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and representing the organization with professionalism and integrity
Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and performance reviews to drive project success
Contribute to preconstruction efforts, including estimating, scheduling, and value engineering as needed
Qualifications:
8 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial, education, multi-family, or entertainment projects
Proven track record successfully delivering complex, multi-million-dollar construction projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and cost management
Experience with construction management, design/build, and general contracting delivery methods
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and safety standards
