What you'll be working on
Own the end-to-end content development of assessment products—from concept and research to launch and lifecycle support
Lead research initiatives to ensure evidence-based, psychometrically sound assessments, including study design, data analysis, and technical documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Training, etc.) and external authors to drive alignment and strategic execution
Guide the adaptation of performance tests from print to digital platforms, supporting usability and clinical utility
Support pre- and post-launch efforts including user training content, stakeholder guidance, and product improvement
What you bring
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology or a related field
5 years’ experience developing clinical or educational assessments, ideally including digital test design and validation
Proven success leading complex product development cycles with a focus on scientific rigor and clinical relevance
Strong skills in psychometrics, quantitative research, and technical writing (e.g., manuals, tables, study summaries)
Deep understanding of clinical issues impacting children and families, with a commitment to equity and inclusion
