Job Details

We’re looking for a Senior Application Developer to design, build, and support enterprise applications that drive reliable power generation. This role sits at the intersection of Maximo development, system integrations, and enterprise architecture, with real impact across business-critical operations.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy applications across the full SDLC
• Customize and enhance IBM Maximo (7.6 / MAS 8/9) environments
• Build integrations using MIF, REST APIs, and web services
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance
• Partner with business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Support testing efforts (unit, SIT, UAT) and production readiness
• Maintain and improve existing systems, ensuring reliability and uptime

What You Bring

• 5 years of application development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with IBM Maximo development & customization
• Experience with Java, Jython, C#, or JavaScript automation scripting
• Solid understanding of integration frameworks (REST/SOAP, microservices)
• Database experience with Oracle or SQL Server (PL/SQL or T-SQL)
• Familiarity with SDLC best practices and enterprise architecture

• Maximo upgrades (7.6 → MAS)
• .NET / C# development experience
• AWS or cloud-based architectures
• Front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js)
• Experience with systems like Primavera, OnBase, or OSIsoft PI
