Job Details
Develop and improve manufacturing processes for composite components (layup, vacuum bagging, curing)
Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard hours
Support production by troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions
Perform root cause analysis and drive defect reduction initiatives
Implement and monitor process controls, including SPC where applicable
Support new product introduction and process development for composite parts
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure process compliance
Collaborate with quality, engineering, and operations teams to meet production goals
