Are you a Senior Family Law Lawyer with a passion for a difference? Experience working in the Santa Clara county courts?
We’re on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Senior Family Law Attorney to join our Family Law team remotely, with occasional trips to Santa Clara courts for hearings.
What You'll Do
~ Must Attend hearings on-site at Santa Clara County courts.
~ Manage litigation caseload.
~ Professional and prompt communication with clientele, opposing counsel, and Szeto-Wong Law staff (i.e., supervisor and paralegals)
~ Drafting and proofreading litigation documentation including complaints, discovery, motions, and memos, among other things.
~ Making appearances in court for hearings and trials.
~ Working with attorneys and other staff throughout the litigation process.
~Calendaring litigation deadlines and events.
What We’re Looking For
~ J.D. and California Bar admission in good standing.
~ At least 10 years of family law experience (Certified Family Law Specialist preferred).
~ The ideal candidate has experience with Santa Clara Superior Court, is able to take initiative on cases, and can complete tasks autonomously.
~ Applicants should be knowledgeable about Family Law protocols and procedures.
