Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar
- Admission to the State Bar of California
- Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in employment law
- Proven track record as a trusted legal advisor to clients
- Possession of at least a partial book of portable business***
- Experience representing clients before:
- DFEH (Department of Fair Employment and Housing)
- DLSE (Division of Labor Standards Enforcement)
- CUIAB (California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board)
