As a Senior Litigation Associate on our team, we are looking for the following:
- JD from accredited law school and admitted to CA Bar
- 4 years of experience in civil litigation - experience in business law or insurance defense strongly preferred
- Experience preparing motions and ability to handle depositions
- Any arbitration and/or trial experience a plus
