We are seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to join our Tampa office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated litigator on an expedited track to partnership within approximately one year. The ideal candidate will bring strong civil defense experience and a proven ability to manage complex cases independently.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to join our Tampa office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated litigator on an expedited track to partnership within approximately one year. The ideal candidate will bring strong civil defense experience and a proven ability to manage complex cases independently.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of civil defense litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
- Oversee associates and provide mentorship and guidance on case management and litigation techniques
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, insurers, and co-counsel
- Participate in business development and firm growth initiatives
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Extensive civil litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, medical malpractice, or general liability
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success handling cases independently
- Excellent communication, analytical, and trial preparation skills
