Job Details
The SBA Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of SBA loan officers/relationship managers/business development officers while driving disciplined pipeline execution, maintaining credit quality, and ensuring the team operates in alignment with SBA rules/SOP expectations
Lead a team of 7–12 SBA sales professionals (coaching, accountability, performance management).
Establish a weekly operating cadence (pipeline reviews, deal strategy, KPI/activity rhythm) to drive predictable results.
Partner closely with credit/ops leadership on complex transactions; keep standards high on structure/pricing/risk-return.
Coach front-end deal quality through early screening / “pre-flight” conversations to improve efficiency and pull-through
Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of SBA producers; build a high-performance culture.
Strengthen COI/referral strategy and help the team expand broker/partner networks
