Compensation:

This role features a base salary plus commission with a targeted split of 50% base / 50% variable. At quota, your On-Target Earnings (OTE) are comprised of the base salary and commissions, with the potential of additional uncapped earnings through bonuses and accelerators when exceeding performance targets (quota). The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. Base salary will be determined on the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications. Compensation will be commensurate with skills, relevant experience, and performance in similar roles.

Job Details

We are seeking a senior sales leader to drive revenue across healthcare recruitment solutions, digital sponsorships, career networks, and Software as a Service platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales strategy across healthcare recruitment solutions, career networks, sponsorships, and SaaS products
  • Manage sales leaders and individual contributors across multiple business lines
  • Build and execute sales plans aligned with revenue, growth, and corporate goals
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and performance reporting
  • Expand revenue across healthcare providers, higher education, payers, suppliers, and brands
  • Partner with product leadership to share customer feedback and improve solutions
  • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop a high performing sales organization
  • Lead team meetings, client visits, performance reviews, and sales execution initiatives
  • Identify performance gaps and hold teams accountable to clear expectations
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • Senior sales leadership experience in healthcare technology
  • Management experience in recruiting, digital media, sponsorships, or related sales channels
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a management capacity
  • Experience selling into acute and non acute healthcare organizations
  • Career network, job board, or recruitment solution experience preferred
  • Digital sponsorship and higher education sales experience is a plus
  • Strong CRM, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations experience
  • Executive presence with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead through change, develop others, and drive measurable revenue results
  • Ability to travel up to 25 percent
