Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territory and segment.
- Conduct detailed technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our cutting-edge products and their benefits.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and offer suitable solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales, and create reports.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical sales role within the Manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on petroleum.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple and understandable manner.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build productive professional business relationships.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in conducting market research and understanding industry trends.
