Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with maintenance experience to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with HVAC systems using advanced tools and techniques.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to efficiently resolve system malfunctions.
- Calibrate controls, test system performance, and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements during installations and repairs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating solutions, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Experience At least 3-5 years of proven expertise in the HVAC industry with a strong understanding of residential systems and maintenance experince.
- Technical Skills Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems and components.
- Customer Service Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Work Ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
