Job Details
We are seeking a fully remote Litigation Attorney to handle construction defect and general liability matters while managing a consistent 160 monthly billable target.
Responsibilities
- Handle construction defect and general liability litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Manage case strategy, client communication, and litigation deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case handling and reporting
- Active license in good standing with a U.S. state bar
- Experience handling construction defect and general liability litigation
- Strong motion practice, deposition, and discovery experience
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload in a remote environment
- Strong written communication, organization, and case management skills
