Job Details
Must Haves:
- Active Registered Nurse RN License in Connecticut
Registered Nurse RN
- Must be a team player and patient centric
- Ability to multitask, handle multiple patients, and provide quality care, with high integrity
- Perform physical assessments and triage patients according to their needs
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers and community resources
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records
- Assist with procedures and minor surgeries as needed
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
