Job Details

The Regional Sales Manager's main role is to drive sales and profitability in the assigned region by developing and executing strategies. They report to the Director of Sales and are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with strategic accounts and vendors. The ideal candidate should have a background in capital goods sales, particularly in heavy metal welding automation and/or robotics industries. They must be capable of consulting clients on productivity and competitiveness, offering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute a growth plan in collaboration with the Director of Sales.
Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and accurately forecast sales.
Develop unique value offerings for prospective customers through strategic information mining.
Establish relationships with machinery and heavy metal manufacturing industry stakeholders.
Conduct sales calls with new and existing customers, present opportunity briefs, and lead approved sales projects.
Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to create customized solutions within customers' needs and budget.
Provide detailed cost estimates and proposals for Pemamek's solutions.
Deliver technically correct customer presentations.
Requirements:

Five to Ten years of successful capital goods sales experience.
Ideally experienced in heavy metal welding automation and/or robotics industries, with familiarity in Pemamek's client industries.
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering.
Proven track record in new business development and consultative sales.
Proficiency in strategic planning and driving growth and profitability.
Strong interpersonal skills, executive presence, and ability to build relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
High energy, adaptable, and capable of making timely decisions.
Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (over 100 days a year).
Working Environment:

Requires self-discipline and self-starting capabilities for productivity.
Involves significant domestic and international travel for customer engagement.
