Job Details
Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA therapy programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Analyze treatment data and adjust programming to support meaningful progress for each client
Supervise and mentor behavior technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality therapy delivery
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment goals
Deliver parent training and guidance to promote skill generalization outside of therapy sessions
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company and BACB standards
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
