You will lead daily quality control activities, support audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

As a Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 2015 standards. You will lead daily quality control activities, support audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve ISO 9001 2015 QMS documentation, procedures, and practices
- Ensure audit readiness and control of documentation
- Lead and coordinate internal audits and corrective/preventive actions
- Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar tools
- Conduct daily inspections, sampling, and product testing
- Analyze quality performance data and recommend improvements
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve quality issues
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality
