We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in regulated manufacturing environments to support compliance, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will work across internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards and aerospace regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support CAPAs, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable aerospace standards (AS9100)
- Participate in audits (internal, customer, and supplier) and quality system maintenance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal quality processes and manufacturing outcomes
- Interface with customers on quality issues, investigations, and resolutions
- Support supplier quality and performance initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field is required
- Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or circuit board manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (AS9100 is a plus)
- Background in one or more quality disciplines: customer quality, audits/compliance, internal quality, or supplier quality
- Comfortable communicating with customers on quality-related matters
