Responsibilities:
- Manage retail construction projects from pre-construction through to tenant delivery
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and change orders with a strong focus on cost control
- Coordinate with retail developers, tenants, subcontractors, and consultants
- Conduct site meetings and maintain thorough project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and retail construction teams
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate project risk throughout the process
- 5 years of construction project management experience, ideally in retail or commercial
- Proven ability to manage projects across multiple states and sites simultaneously
- Strong understanding of the retail leasing and tenant delivery process is an asset
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools
- Sharp financial acumen and attention to budget performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Degree or diploma in construction management or a related field
