We handle all aspects of the construction process, including planning, estimating, value engineering, management, and safety for your construction projects. Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
- Proficient in using Procore project management software or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
