The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, design, and execution of HVAC and mechanical systems for a wide range of construction projects. Responsibilities:
1. Manage the planning, design, and execution of HVAC and mechanical systems for construction projects.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
4. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
5. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
6. Lead project teams, providing guidance and direction to achieve project objectives.
7. Evaluate and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
8. Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, regulations, and laws.
10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as necessary.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing construction projects, with a focus on HVAC and mechanical systems.
2. Strong knowledge of various commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
4. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
