Job Details

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee HVAC/Mechanical projects in the construction industry, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking all costs and ensuring that projects are delivered within financial parameters.
• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, from initial planning and design through to construction and final handover.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation measures as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, regulations, and laws.
• Prepare and present project updates to key stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically leading HVAC and Mechanical projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and HVAC/Mechanical systems.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions quickly.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget development and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Applications.
