This is a permanent position that will require travel 2-3 days/week until project is finished in April 2027. The other 2-3 days per week will be in El Paso. Responsibilities:
- Support all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Partner with the Project Manager and the Superintendent to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
- Monitor, support, and assist with project schedules, cost control, RFIs and submittals, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer overseeing self-performed heavy civil construction.
- Strong communication and planning skills
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Willingness to temporarily travel to southern New Mexico.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
