A bit about us:
Our client is a construction and engineering firm focused on the design and build of specialized concrete infrastructure supporting water and wastewater systems. They partner with municipalities and private clients to deliver critical projects that support reliable water storage and long-term resource management.
With decades of industry experience, the organization emphasizes durability, quality, and long-term performance. Their teams operate in a highly collaborative environment where accounting, operations, and project management work closely together to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
Due to continued growth, our client is adding a Project Accountant to the team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing project financials, including job cost tracking, budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis. The position partners directly with project managers and leadership to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial performance across active projects.
Why join us?
You’ll step into a high-impact role at the center of project execution, partnering directly with operations to own the financial side of complex construction projects. You’ll be embedded with project teams, influencing decisions, protecting margins, and helping drive projects from kickoff through closeout.
If you enjoy working cross-functionally, being close to the action, and turning numbers into real-world impact, this is the kind of role where you can stand out quickly.
What you’ll do:
