We're growing and looking for a Production Supervisor (2nd shift) to join our team in Harlan, IA

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct hourly production line workers across assigned shift
- Plan, organize, and execute daily production schedules; manage line changeovers and downtime
- Own daily production reporting, yield performance, and labor cost accountability
- Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, HACCP, and internal quality control standards
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections of work areas
- Process hourly payroll, vacation, and PTO; communicate scheduling needs to Operations Manager
- Drive continuous improvement in throughput, methods, and working conditions
- Maintain accurate digital/paper reporting and distribute to appropriate stakeholders
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2 years supervisory experience preferred
- 3–5 years manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Ability to work in cold/wet environment; lift 30–90 lbs intermittently; flexible schedule required
