The ideal candidate will be a driven individual with a strong background in leadership, operations management, ISO, and TQM. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, they will be adept at ensuring smooth operations, promoting efficiency, and driving continuous improvements for optimal productivity and profitability.

4. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Total Quality Management (TQM) practices, with a track record of implementing and managing quality control programs.
5. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
6. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical business decisions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
8. Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance, with a track record of promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
9. Proficiency in using various software and technology tools for monitoring and analyzing production metrics.
