Responsibilities
- Litigate cases from intake through trial and advocate for clients in court.
- Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
- Build and maintain client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.
- Prepare discovery, written communication, law and motion and trial related motion work
- Active member of the California State Bar
- Law degree from accredited law school
- 1 years of litigation experience
- Personal injury experience preferred
