We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic opportunity in Meriden / Southington, CT. This is a strong role for a therapist seeking a more balanced outpatient setting with lower volume, flexible scheduling, and the ability to focus on patient care without the typical mill-style pace.
The PT will evaluate and treat a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients while working in a supportive clinic environment designed to prioritize quality care, therapist autonomy, and long-term sustainability.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and recovery
Work with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support continuity of care
Maintain timely documentation and patient progress updates
Help deliver a strong patient experience in a quality-focused outpatient environment
What We’re Looking For
Active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a clinical team
Strong fit for someone seeking a lower-volume, patient-centered practice environment
