Job Details
Managing a book of our high profile clients, you will be responsible for:
Servicing all aspects of our clients personal insurance needs, usually in partnership with an Account Executive or Producer, from renewal preparation and marketing to policy administration
Gathering accurate information from clients and preparing applications for submission to the insurance companies
Developing proposals and insurance summaries based on an evaluation of the clients coverage needs
Supporting and processing new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites
Explaining insurance policies and coverages, suggesting coverage enhancements, and resolving general customer inquiries
Maintaining electronic client account records and adhering to agency procedures and workflows
This role will evolve into a full management role.
Requirements
Exceptional aptitude for customer service and nurturing long term relationships
Highly accountable, resourceful, and flexible
Proven hands-on experience with an in-depth understanding of Personal Lines Coverages
Superior presentation skills and ability to understand one's audiences
Demonstrated critical thinking skills; collecting information, asking thoughtful questions and analyzing possible solutions
Effective time management, organizational, and intercommunication skills with outstanding attention to detail
Minimum of 3 years of insurance agency experience in an Account Manager role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management technology, preferably TAM
Familiarity with High Net Worth clientele and clients located in coastal markets a plus
Ability to follow agency procedures and workflows with minimal supervision
