Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year
A bit about us:
AmLaw firm seeks to add a Franchise Paralegal to their growing team! In this role you will be working with the Corporate & Transactional practice group, helping to prepare state franchise registrations, filings, FDDs, renewals, etc. You will be supporting the team by drafting legal documents for attorney approval, identifying forms, proofreading, & maintaining a document control system. Job Details
Requirements:
- Paralegal Certificate/Related degree
- 5 Years’ of experience as a paralegal
- Hands on experience preparing and maintaining Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs)
- Comprehensive knowledge of franchise practice: including disclosures, agreements, registrations and filings, renewals, and supplemental filings.
