Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Support employee onboarding, personnel documentation, and HR-related processes
- Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee communications
- Handle accounts payable, invoicing, expense tracking, and other light accounting functions
- Maintain office records, reports, and confidential documentation
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office logistics
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, employees, vendors, and external partners
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed
- 3 years of office management, administrative, HR, or business operations experience
- Experience supporting HR functions including onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration
- Basic accounting experience including AP, invoicing, payroll support, or bookkeeping
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is a plus
- Strong personality with the confidence to work effectively with demanding managers and employees
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional, approachable, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats across administration, HR, and accounting
