We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Litigation Associate to join our accomplished legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex litigation cases, demonstrating exceptional legal research and writing skills, and providing top-notch client service. This is a hands-on civil litigation role with exposure to state and federal court, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, and the opportunity to develop insurance coverage and professional liability experience. The role offers strong mentorship, meaningful responsibility, and clear partnership potential for the right litigator. Will train on insurance coverage for strong litigator.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters related to insurance coverage, professional liability, insurance defense, and construction litigation.
- Conduct exhaustive legal research and analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Prepare for trial by drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, presenting arguments and evidence compellingly.
- Provide legal advice to clients, explaining legal rights, potential risks, and possible outcomes of cases.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the firm's overall success.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the CA state bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, specifically in insurance coverage, professional liability, trial preparation, insurance defense, or construction litigation.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation cases independently and effectively.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in using legal research software and other law-related technologies.
- Commitment to adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards.
