Job Details
- Manage and support matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and formal legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with strategy development and case preparation
- Mentor and collaborate with junior team members as appropriate
- Active law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Several years of relevant legal experience at a law firm or comparable environment
- Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing deadlines and multiple priorities
- Professional presence with clients and colleagues
